Disappointed and Upset

Order No :MAK*** I am using this platform because of the ill treatment i am receiving from Makro ,saying i am disappointed is an understatement ,i trusted Makro knowing that it is a big brand but to my surprise all i get is empty promises .and i am the one who is doing all the follow ups on my order and no one has bothered themselves from Makro to contact me .I have placed my order for a stove, Oven and Hob on the 04/09/2024 as i have just moved to my new property ,they only delivered the Hob on the 7th of September and when i follow up they keep saying they will deliver today ,that's been their excuse since i placed an order .They are not taking me seriously as i am using my airtime to call their call Centre daily ,this type of service is unacceptable and i would like to be contacted urgently and my stove to be delivered .I will not be ordering anything from Makro in the future .This will be my last order as they don't take their clients seriously .Can this be treated with sense of urgency as i need to cook for my family . Note: i will never recommend Makro to anyone .
