Disappointed and regretful

I bought a washing machine on the 1st and have been phoning to check as to when will it be delivered and I was to ld today that my purchase has been returned back and I got that info because I phoned them… had I not I was not going to be informed. Reading the reviews now shows me that they actually don’t care about serving us with good service. I’m disappointed and now I’m left stranded… can’t even cancel my order because I don’t know if I will get my money back in time for me to buy a new washing machine. I’m sick and no state to do laundry by hands
