Disappointed and angry

Hi Makro, I have a problem with my delivery. Last week I was told my parcel would be delivered, so I waited the entire day and made arrangements to receive it. Later I was informed it would not be coming.

This week the same thing happened again. I was told to wait because my parcel was on the way, but once again it was not delivered.

This is very frustrating because I keep rearranging my day to be available. Could you please give me a clear update on when my parcel will actually be delivered?
