Disappointed

If it was possible I’d rate this company 1. Today it is the 8 working day my order is still incomplete. I have received a call from a driver Jabu telling me that he won’t be able to deliver where I stay because there’s only one person in my area. He promised to deliver the next day I’ve been waiting even now there’s no delivery makro is sending me email saying they failed to deliver that time I was not called even today. This is one of the most ridiculous unprofessional service providers. The other driver delivered wrong things to my address I had to call him to fetch the delivery of someone else who is 12 km away from me. *** 🤬 Can some who cares do their job I’m so tired of this now
