Disappointed

My daughter and I bought 2 Sinotec TV's on the same day at Makro. One year later, my TV stopped working. I took it into Makro to be repaired as it had a 5 year warranty. I went through hell with them and it took months for them to finally replace the TV. Now after 3 years, the exact same thing (TV suddenly just stopped working) has happened to my daughter's TV and we have had to send it in for repairs to Montague Gardens Makro (1 July - Ref No:***). Please make sure that we receive the best customer care!!! Please make sure that history is not repeated here!!! ? Had we known that the Sinotec TV's give so much trouble we would never have bought them!
