Disappointed

I purchased a microwave on the 27th of April 2024. It is a 55 Litre Samsung microwave. It makes a loud noise when in use and I called into the call centre and I am told it is passes the 14 day return, the salesmen never told me about the 14 day timeline.I told the agent can I not pay more for another microwave because that noise is quite disturbing.. he tells me that I can take it back to the store and see under warranty. I cannot be without a microwave which is essential item at home.. I am very disappointed because the brand I have trusted have failed me. You have lost a valuable customer.
