Disappointed
After I wrote here about my experience with makro they called promising to do follow up with my order the lady that I was speaking with said she's gonna get back to me ,, and she didn't I waited till today nothing. And I requested for cancelation still they couldn't assist with the also. Seems like I'm not getting the light I ordered and I'm not even getting cancelation at this point I don't know what to say or do

19 Jul 2025, 12:33The order for OD*** the couriers came and they came with a wrong lamp it's not what I ordered the Pic of the lamp is not the same as this one that was delivered here ,, so I told couriers I'm not taking that lamp because it's not what i ordered after waiting for almost a month for this order and I get a wrong order
