Disappointed

If l could give minus zero star,l would..Makro is a big disappointment on service on delivery. I wish l could have read reviews first before ordering..but l trusted this big company. Ordered on Friday 1st Nov..was told my delivery will be Monday 4th.btwn 8-6pm.. I booked my day off, cancelled my plans. Monday around 11am, Marko send me SMS that my order has been received by the courier company Wumdrop..okay..but l sit and wait the whole day..No delivery.. I messaged Makro and Wumdrop at 18:03 pm what do l get..😳'you have reached us out of office hours, please leave a message and we will get back to you the following day. So no delivery on Monday.. Tuesday morning Makro sends me message that my order will be collected by Wumdrop at the store btwn 9am-12.expect delivery today. Here is the contact number of driver..you can communicate with him from here on. I call the driver..very polite and friendly guy.and he tells me he will call me when he's coming to deliver..he is on his way to pick up my order from Makro.. I waited the whole day..only received my order at 7:30pm..😳 Very very disappointed.. Ordered on Friday.. received Tuesday night.. Again no respect for family time..this is not like you ordering Uber eats dinner that you receive your order at night. Please people,Do not use Makro delivery service..you will be Disappointed. Check how many bad reviews Makro has..it's shocking..
