Disappointed

We bought two copper pans. After a while the pans released fumes, handles began too buckle and pan surface where uneven and ruff.

Took it in for replacement at Makro cape gate branch in the Western Cape. Today they let me know its fixed but it was far from fixed. Surfaces still uneven and ruff Handles still buckling Pan was wrapped in old Bennett wrapping and selotaped.

I am highly disappointed. I would like a refund please.
