Disappointed

I bought a fridge from makro. The delivery guys offloaded the fridge from their bakkie and left it in My garage, when asked to put it in the house they refused and said that they are not allowed to take stairs with merchandise, that time there is only 1 step. The guy gave us his cell number and said we should call him so that he can come move it after hours. He would have wanted more money on top of the delivery fee that I paid
