Disappointed

Order a fridge online. The fridge arrived from silverlakes and it had a dent in it. Both myself and the delivery person tried contacting the store to find out what to do. Finally got a hold of someone at silverlakes and was told the fridge must stay and then it would be exchanged. Gave the order number and everything in order to arrange…. To my surprise, my husband was told a different story…. Said we can refund and it would take about 7 days after they have assessed it or take the fridge back ourselves then they will credit us and we can purchase another????
