Disappointed

I've order one item from Makro Order # OD*** after two attempts to deliver to my address in Cape town (Table view) Makro canceled my order, I suspect it's because they use a 3rd class delivery service (WUMdrop) When ordered the item I filled in my actual address and when WUMdrop suppose to deliver (2 times) they are in a different suburb, when I inform them what the actual address is they still can't deliver, then again it's the fault of Makro who can't give the delivery service the correct address.
