DISAPPOINTED!!!

I made an order and it has been 2weeks, I have not received my package. Makro accepts any supplier just as long as it suits them. WUMDROP their courier partners are the worst, horrible communication and the drivers are always getting lost. I have been query my delivery since last week and they are ignoring me. I am so exhausted. If you are tired of customers why don't you put on a disclaimer on your website? Or because I ordered something that's discounted and the money was too small and they saw very well how unimportant I am?
