Disappointed

I just bought the glenfiddish special, 15 year old and 18 year. When i walked out of the shop, one bottle slipped out of the container and fell on the ground because its wasnt sealed properly. When i took it back, the manager refused to replace it, even though they are the ones who didn't seal it properly. Very disappointed.
