Disappointed

If I could give 0 stars, I would.

I placed an order expecting delivery within 3–5 working days as Makro promises. It’s now well past that timeframe and I’ve received no communication whatsoever — no call, no email, no update.

I followed up multiple times, and got absolutely no assistance from managers or the customer service team. I was ignored and bounced around with no resolution.

This level of service is unacceptable from a major retailer.

Makro needs to be held accountable for wasting customers’ time and money
