I ordered 2 ceiling fans on 2/12 /2018, order would take 7-10 days???Only received fans on 16/01/2019 after numerous phone calls to Makro call centre, market place etc. Given many fruitless promises, even an offer of a R200 gift voucher which never materialised. Supervisors do not respond or return calls. Shoddy service except from a call centre operator "Precious Motha" who did her utmost to assist. Will NEVER order from or recommend Makro online again.
