Disappointed

We bought a TV from makro took it back and they could not fix it. My husband got given a given a gift card as he did not have my credit card which we bought the TV with so the money could be transferred back. Now we do not need the gift card as I will never buy from them and they will not refund the money on the gift card. If they were willing to give back the 5000 in the first place why are they no longer willing to do so because it is on a gift card. We got the card the next day but still they are rude and unwilling to help and keep repeating policy instead of extending a courtesy to a disappointed customer.
