Disapointed!!!!

I will never buy from makro again...first they send me a chair that is not even close to the one i ordered...now my deliveries are not being made...i ordered items on the 27th and 30th of Novemebr and still have not received it even though i already sent in a complaint...they do not care about their customers concerns.
