My wife bought an ups inverter online at makro. When we received it the LED display did not work properly. I then booked a return online in order to either get a new one or a refund. It has been 4 weeks now and no one tried to contact us or anything. We have phone them multiple times and every time they tell us a driver will come tomorrow. Tomorrow seems to be the easiest answer they can give. This is terrible service from a company that we always support and buy from.
