Didn't not receive my order from Makro

I ordered groceries on the 29th of November 2024, I have been following through their contact centre and I was told to call their logistic company. I lost count of the times I called the value logistics company and they will take my contact numbers promise to call me back. I ended up going to Makro Crown mine, spent the entire day at the store with no assistance been sent from pillar to post. I started getting my order by piece and bits in January 2025. There are still items that I haven't received been calling makro contact center and logistics company. I get promised to be contacted back and no one gets back to me. Even in Twitter and WhatsApp they just tell me that they will get back to me.. Imagine groceries I bought on the 29th of November 2024 it's now 2025 I am still following up with makro. I'm disgusted by your customer service
