Did not receive goods yet delivery notification received
Did online purchase paid. Received notification that item was delivered which was not. Been trying to solve this now for more than 10 days. Everytime I call I'm told the matter had been escalated and I will get feedback by the end of the day. Which just doesn't happen. They even admitted that I'm not the only customer that lodge a complaint regarding this yet nothing gets done about it

06 Dec 2022, 11:36Again another 3 days passed without any correspondence after the previous stating this will be a priority. Cleary makro does not know the meaning of priority nor what good customer service is. It is absolutely shocking
