Did not get contacted for 7 days bought a product and was told my product has been sold

THIS IS MY SECOND REVIEW!!!!!! THE FIRST ONE WAS NOT ANSWERED AND I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY CALL FROM MAKRO!!!!!!!! I'M FRUSTRATED THAT I PAID R5000 CASH!!!!!! FOR A WASHING MACHINE AND STILL DON'T HAVE WHAT I PAID FOR!!!!!!!!! WHAT MAKES IT WORSE MY FIRST REVIEW WAS NEVER ANSWERED AND ATTENDED TO!!!!!!!!!

I purchased a washing machine from them two weeks back and I was told from the sales person that I could buy it and fetch it when I'm ready because I didn't have transport for it and money to pay for delivery. When I went this Saturday 19/08/2017 to fetch my washing machine they told me it has been sold - I spent half my salary on the washing machine and then spent money to get transport for the washing machine which was all for nothing because my washing machine was sold "I barely made it through this month and to date have no gas to get to work because of this nightmare and still don't have a washing machine" - My wife and I have to wash our clothing in a bath tub and break our backs while doing it - we have bought a washing machine but have to suffer like this . Secondly I had my invoice but not the till slip - I was requested to get a reprint - went back to the store asked the security where to go he told me go to the returns area went there they told me no go to the sales person so back and forth because of ******** workers! PLEASE CAN WE GET JUSTICE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!
