Diabolical service from #MakroSA
I have been waiting for an order to be delivered by #MakroSA since early last week. Their App says collected by courier, but no delivery. Despite numerous emails and calls, no one can tell me where my order is, or when to expect it. They don't reply to emails and don't call back. Has anyone else experienced such diabolical service from #Makro ?

06 Dec 2023, 17:12Twelve days later, and the order has not arrived, despite being advised it would take 2-5 days. No one answers my emails and neither Phumliza, who I spoke to on Monday, and Byron who I spoke to today, can advise where the parcel is or when I can expect to receive it.
