DEWALT 18v Brushless Sds

I lodged a complaint with Makr, a gentleman called me on Saturday and promised to speak to the supplier so they can give us the two products we paid for. No phone call from Makro except a refund we didn't request for. We never requested for the refund but delivery of two products that were paid for and an email confirming that they will be delivered. Was that phone call a way to silence us, I'm giving you 24 hours to deliver on what was promised or we taking this to the ombudsman.
