Devious returns policy
I purchased a Goldair gas hob from their online store. At installation time, it was found to be defective. It was not installed but returned to its packaging for collection. After logging a return they came back to me requiring a coc. As no installation was done no coc was issued. They refuse any further interaction without this document so I am stuck with a defective product.
