Devastated customer

I'm highly disappointed with Makro and Samsung in Newton Park in Gqeberha, On 2nd May 2020 on a Saturday I bought a Samsung microwave was on promotion then after 2months it was faulty it just stopped working was completely off. I took it back to Makro then they send for repairs took 6 weeks to get it back last year Dec 2021 had same problem I had when I bought it. I took it back and they told me to send it to Newton Park Samsung repair center (MMR Electronics) they kept it whole Dec till my husband nag and pry on them about the repair then told him they can't credit the microwave cause the damage caused by cocroaches funny its under 10 year warranty and its not physical damage whereby thy can't fix the microwave was faulty since day 1 I arrived at home .Then my man took it back again today told him there's nothing they can do ...All I need is my money and they were so rude told us we can throw it in a dust bin if we want imagine it's still new not even 2yrs old in Dec they promised to credit us cause it was faulty since day 1 and I never asked cocroaches in the flat to go in the new microwave..... I will never buy anything at Makro in Gqeberha poor customer service 😢 All I need is my microwave to be repaired or my money back not excuses
