Despicable service from Makro!!!

Makro customer care & head office has FAILED me once again!

Since my last review about the horrible service I received from Makro no action has been taken whatsoever, at least from what I know of!

It has been four months that I have been without my laptop! And nobody can give me a proper answer on where my laptop is and how they will address the disorganised and disgraceful service I received and how they will prevent this from happening to other customers.

At this point I will never advise anyone to shop at Makro!!
