Despicable Online Service Delivery

Extremely disappointed and frustrated with the poor delivery and condition of order MAK309434.

Background as follows:

I paid for two orders on 29 Jan 2017
I received delivery of a 750 litre JoJo tank and pump on 01 Feb 2017 (order MAK309435)
The delivery was reasonable although no notice was provided by the courier and the tank was in acceptable condition.
I accepted delivery and signed the delivery note.
Once again, for delivery of the second order (MAK309434) -a 4500 litre JoJo tank, I was given no notice of delivery and consequently was unable to accept the delivery the first time round and had to make a special arrangement to be late for work in order to suit the couriers schedule.
The courier delivered the tank on the 02 Feb 2017.
I refused to accept the tank due to it being damaged - scratched, dented and warped. I paid for a new tank - not a damaged, old piece of unsold s**** that has been dragged around the warehouse. Refer to photos.
I have made numerous calls to the online department to inform them of the problem and follow up on re-delivery of a NEW tank
I have spoken to Mbali, Shane and Anthony all of whom have promised delivery by certain dates none of which dates were met. I also had to phone Shane and Anthony back as they did not return my calls as they promised to do.
Yesterday 18 Feb 2017, once again I received last minute notice of impending re-delivery of the tank. I had to drop what I was doing and drive 30 minutes to accept delivery.
The very same courier arrived at my house to deliver the very same damaged, old s**** tank that I had previously refused to accept!!!!!
I have refused delivery again ( 3 weeks since I have paid for the item plus wasted time and fuel driving to receive last minute notice of delivery of damaged goods)
This service from Makro online and Makro Springfield dispatch is despicable.

Management are obliged to ensure NEW goods are delivered and to ensure dispatch officials comply with quality procedures and not try force customers to accept damaged, second hand goods.

This is clearly not happening at Makro Sprinfield - Durban
