Despicable online delivery service!
Do NOT use Makro online delivery!!!! I placed order on 9th Oct, today 29th Oct still waiting for delivery! 😡 I’ve called 8 times; spoke to call centre personal, floor managers, escalated to finance department and escalated to complaints department… still no answers. Money has been paid, no one can help, where do you go to from here I have no answers!!! Absolutely, positively disgraceful, service, untrained personal, *********** staff. Do not use Makro online!!! Next for me is legal action!

30 Oct 2025, 22:39Hi Makro Social media team, if the delivery department cannot help me, the floor manager of online dept., the finance dept, the complaints dept. None of which have called me back - no feed back no updates 21 days later you still have my money and 50% of the goods, how will the "media dept" have any influence in this? im sorry i have lost all faith and will need to go the legal rout to get our money back, as we are a church and feel that how we have been handled as a NGO is despicable. Im hoping Cart Blanch will grab this story of ours, and maybe more action will come of this? For what its worth here is the order number: Online order #MAK***
