Dent Defy FRIDGE DOOR

This is a follow up review. Since i submitted my first review, no one has been in touch with me from Makro. i did a follow up with Rico Peter the section manager as to what is happening, only to be told they are waiting for Defy to make a decision. I also made aware of the form coming out from bottom freezer door and he referred me to Trisha. i have sent all pictures as requested but still no response from all responsible people at Markro. i am really disappointed by the lack of response from the Makro team
