denied payment of account

Following payment of R1200 and R800 in January and May 2014 respectively, I continued to receive notices of non-payment of account. I faced proof g payments showing the account details they sent to me to use. I went to makro Springfield, they didn't help. To date no one attorneys the call centre or branch knows the payment of account.
