Delivery...customer service? there is none of that here

Okay, let me get my facts in order before I submit this review.

I ordered a cricut machine on your website on 2 April (the evening) i then ordered additional vinyl and things, the same evening, same third party store, sms said tech deals.

I get nothing the whole week, eventually it says that the vinyl order had been handed off to the courier on the 6th - 4 working day. okay with long weekend i expected the delivery the tuesday, nope received it on the 12th, that okay, 6 working days... okay where is the machine you might ask? you tell me, today in the 17th i still havent received it! i contact firstshop as i reveived a invoice from them for the first order and 1 and 1 says they are they 3rd party seller, they give me some lame excuse that SLA wih Makro prevents them from assisting, all i wanted was a waybil number. with Makro im still waiting for a reply.

So machine, ordered 2 April it took 5 working days to pack and hand over the order to the courier, that was 11 April. now 17 April 4 working days after handing over the machine to courier i still havent received it.

All i want is a waybill number so i can track with RTT, firstshop dont want to assist even thou they send the product, Makro could not be bothered either.

now 15 days after i ordered, i still do not have my product.

finally got hold of Makro with the call centre, they will escalate to market place, but i have to wait till wednesday, so if nothing comes before wednesday then they will look into it, ridiculous, you have lost me as a customer.

quick update, Makro and Firstshop got back to me, Makro provided waybill number, Firstshop said they would follow up with the courier, here is the kicker! MY PACKAGE WAS NEVER SENT! when i look at the tracking it says the waybil was created 45 minutes before Makro provided it to me. asked Firstshop about this, now im being ignored!
