Delivery woes from Makro on-line

I orderd two cake stands online. Paid and accepted the delivery date as the 08 April 2025. Needed it for a wedding. The date came and past. 4 phone calls and a promise that it was escalated to the delivery company called "Market place" I recieved no joy. Further calls still no joy. Promises of an supervisor "will call" still waiting Makro online is not recomended if you are looking for a trustworthy service. Still no cakestands or calls from them. If they tell you the sun is shining better look outside it is probably raining.
