Delivery times not honored and poor support.

I ordered and paid for a Webcam fom Makro online on the 20th of May 2024 upon which the add stated delivery between 2 and 5 work days (ordered on a monday). I've called and emailed customer support 3 times after the order status have not even changed form processing in 4 days and up to now, no one has come back to me with any explanation. I phones again this morning and again, same story blaming it on the seller. Well I bought from Makro, not from the seller so I requested them to cancel the order and refund. I will never recommend Makro online to anyone ever again.
