Delivery time-frames are a sham.

I needed a textbook for post graduate studies on short notice. Makro site said delivery 2-5 working days. Day 5 has now passed with no feedback after several queries, the order status remain "in progress", with no communication from Makro at all. This is unacceptable service, I suggest that people look elsewhere before shopping online at Makro.
