Delivery taking forever and no communication
I placed an order on 23 November 2018 online and still haven't received it. The status online shows order complete since last week. I phoned makro last week Thursday and was told it's with the courier and I will get it the Friday or the Monday. I called yesterday Monday again and was told it's at the mall, the mall is just down the road from me, why on earth is it taking so long? Still nothing today. This is my order number MAK ********** . I WANT IT TODAY. This is ridiculous and I regret buying from Makro. Will not be happening again. Such a lot of people complaining about the same thing. Quick to take your money and not bothered much after that about the order.

They don't communicate properly, first they say it's with the courier then they say it's at the mall which is down the road from me then they say it's with the courier. Lots of calls I have to make and there's no way of tracking it. I regret purchasing it in the first place.

I just called them and all they could say was the order is completed, I said no it's not I haven't received it. Then all they say is oh maybe tomorrow then. Get your **** together Makro. Makro is quick to take your money and then not bothered how long delivery takes. You suck Makro and I will make sure the rest of my family and friends don't make the same mistake I made by buying from you. Seriously ****ed off. NOBODY OF MAKRO EVER CONTACTED ME.
