Delivery send back and cant be trace
Good day I would like to enquire about a delivery that was done to me while I was on maternity leave last year November .
I had a lot of groceries and meat that was delivery to my work place in Maloboro that was fully paid for by the individual who done it anonymously . I wasn't aware of this until I was contacted by our receptionist who they made them return my delivery
I also made contact with your customer care who confirmed that since meat was part of the delivery it was a paid for already. They have requested the tracking number ,which I don't have cause the other was send back.
I went to the store and was advised that they cant pick it up any order number or anything under my name doesn't make sense does it.
The concern is that how was my name ,work address used ,but you cant track the order.
I would like for this matter to be resolved and my items be delivered to me since it was paid for

I dont have a tracker number since I was not available to accept the order.
