Delivery said 2 days but now its 2-5 working days

I ordered a Fridge and some other appliances online on the Makro Business portal. It clearly says delivery 2 days. I ordered on Wednesday so I should receive the items by end of Friday. The call centre doesn't answer the calls or the call is dropped. Never got thru after trying 10 times.

The whatsapp guy says its actually 2-5 days no weekends.

So I'm expected to hang around at home for 5 days waiting to be surprised by a delivery at a random point.

I will not be able to accept this order after Friday!!
