Delivery Parcel
Well I guess I am also in the queue for bad service delivery. If there were zero stars I would give it to them.
That is what happens when their procurement team source cheep courier companies. Still waiting for a parcel which was meant to be delivered last week. The only good thing is their call centre - they at least pick up the phone but that's it. Never ever will I order online again!!
