Delivery overdue, poor service.

So yesterday I received an SMS that the driver is enroute to deliver my order, I text her and asked if she could deliver at work as I was not at home which both places are in JHB CBd she refused and told me she is taking it back to the supplier as she can only deliver at the address on the app, I called the contact center and told them what happened and asked if I will wait another 2 weeks for my order as it's being taken back to the supplier, and it was supposed to be delivered on the 5th of March, the agent told me he is rescheduling for delivery for tomorrow which is today, I asked him to send me a confirmation email or SMS and he agreed but he didn't send either, I am at home today waiting for my order but no one has called me, tomorrow I am going back to work. Your service is Pathetic!!!
