Delivery outstanding

Worst customer service ever. I have emailed, called and WhatsApp and no response. My order it outstanding from Black Friday. Can someone please call me on *** urgently? It should not be this difficult to get assistance when items have been paid for a month ago.

I've called 8 times, whatsapp 4 times, emailed once.

I'm merely asking for service and delivery of my goods. It shouldn't be this difficult
