Delivery - Online purchase
Placed an online order for delivery on Sunday. They clearly stated that delivery will take within place 2 - 5 days. They split the delivery and only sent one Item. On 28/11/2023 they stated that delivery failed and the next ETA is 30/11/2023 which didn't happen. If I knew delivery was going to such a hassle I would have opted for a pick up instead. Makro can learn a thing or two from Takealot because this is really an inconvenience, now I have to make arrangements for someone to be at the provided address because Makro failed to live up to its expectations. I'M REALLY DISSAPOINTED!

04 Dec 2023, 12:58I'm over it now!! Your customer care center is just useless!! How hard is it to just delivery a few items???? What annoys me the most is that they store Wonderboom is the one that has my order but reaching them is a total nightmare! They drop calls in your ear or say they will transfer your call then the call ends! I AM NOT USING ROCKS TO MAKE THESE CALLS!!!! MAKRO REALLY WASTING MY TIME AND MONEY!!!!

ALL THEY KNOW IS IT SEND EMAILS STAING "DELIVERY FAILED" I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW BECAUSE I DON'T SEE ANY DELIVERY COMING ANY TIME SOON!
