Delivery of products ordered before the lock down

I ordered and paid for a washing machine and two chairs on 23 March. I received a confirmation on the same day. The order was packed on 26 March delivery 2 - 7 working days. When they resumed deliveries after the lock down, I was expecting delivery any day, but after 3 emails and a phone call (phone picked up after 9 minutes), I still have not received my order.
