Delivery of goods failed

Bought a LG Fridge , was promised delivery on 24dec. Up to 29 dec not received our fridge. Calling does not help, called makrocare line, only rings. Eventually spoke to Kabelo who promised delivery om 28 Dec. When it did not arrive I called again , now he is saying its is not his problem, but winderboom branch must help me. He gave me a number ***(fax line)lol!! And said to speak to Khontzé. Yeah sure!!! Oh, Thabo called 28 dec saying wonderboom does not have stock and then that couriers do not work over xmas period. He apologized and said fridge would be delivered 28 desc. Still waiting. I called this morning , put om hold caller nr 5 ... waiting. Suppose we will have to cancel this order and go buy at another shop. Makro Do NOT need customers, they are in a Makro Mood, fully loaded, with enough money. THEY DEFINITELY DO NOT WANT WHITE CUSTOMERS!!! Our money is worth nothing !! IF I THINK HOW WE WAITED TO BE HELPED IN WONDERBOOM, WE SHOULD HAVE JUST WALKED OUT THE STORE. makro mood, makes you think does'nt it.
