Delivery of bought Item

I bought an item from Makro Port Elizabeth on the weekend. I explicitly told the sales person at the shop that I need my item delivered at 4:30. They have decided to load my items at 8am for delivery when I have clearly stated that no one is home to receive the items. I called the store to relay my concerns thia morning. They said they will trsnafer my call to the deliveries department, but instead cut my call. This is very frustrating and appalling service from Makro.

Fortunately, the outsourced service provider has more working etiquette and agreed to deliver at my requested time, although he was also not informed by Makro delivery department that I requested delivery at 4:30.

The deliveries department needs a lot of attention because customers pay a lot of money not only on the procured items but in the delivery of such items. I am very disappointed and annoyed to be honest.
