Delivery not delivered

Good morning team, I taken a step to talk about this cause it’s hurting me for a while. I did try all the right things in communication with them about my stuff that they failed to deliver and kept sending me from pillar to post. It has came to my attention that I’m being played and this won’t get resolved. I ordered alcohol at Makro for Father’s Day 2023 before Father’s Day cause the surprise was on that day. They send half of the order I kept calling them they’ll make me wait on the call for an hour telling me they are getting to the bottom of the matter . Then boom the send me an order form saying I’ve signed that I received only to find out that it’s not even my signature on that form.

I ordered two Gin drops, learn me gin, Shankis whip and two set of Bombay Gin. They only delivered two gin driops and learn on me gin. Called them I’ve lost count on what’s to do now. And trust me they will say will get back at yah and that’s it. I’ve been patient with them however I feel this is treated way wrong , for the fact that I have to wait this long for a response. I ask them what makes you think this is my signature cause I told them that’s not mine.

Still they went on with believing it’s mine. And the fact is I was not even there when I was delivering and the claim I signed. How on earth did I sign when I was not even at home. They didn’t deliver a Shankis whip and Bombay set which was in special that’s a R900.00 total. I’ve never felt so bad about a store they not the only stores that sells however I like them it’s a one shop store . Now my feeling has changed about them guys you should see the amount of airtime I’ve spend trying to get hold of them.

With all the effort still nothing till this day. Imagine guys if I don’t talk/call them it’s amen. I feel ****** a whole R900.00. When you order there’s a chance you’ll get however make sure they contact you 1st cause wow!! I’ve tried I’ve tried and make a fool out of all these.
