Delivery not correct

I have ordered stationery online from Makro. I received all items but one. I have now phoned them 4 times and send an email to request this one item to be send to me or just to credit my account then I will go and buy it myself!! Every single time they told me they are waiting for Silverlakes to let them know and then they will phone me! NO ONE has phoned me yet!!!

Christmas is comming as well people. This is terrible service
