Delivery nightmare

I ordered a fridge on the 29/8/24 to this day I still haven't received and today it's the 10th of September already I'm so unhappy with the service, been sent from pillar to post, have to spend time and money calling to made follow ups and not getting anything solid and even now not sure when I'll get it I'm really not happy and I'm never ever buying at makro online again
