Delivery my stuff of send my money back

Im very disappointed with Makro delivery service, since I bought, Washing machine, Samsung 65 inch smart TV, ceramic electric Hob, chest freezer, Samsung sound bar, and Totai style extractor, all these was bought during black friday, they delivered some stuff but not ceramic electric Hob and Totai style extractor they keep telling me stories worse part they saying they only have electric Hob that is need to be delivered for me, im very angry I can't spend so much and be treated like pieces of ****, Makro must deliver my stuff or give me my money back, I've been waiting for a whole full month im disappointed wanted to buy more but I'll never again
