Delivery missing a few items. Items have not been received to date .

I still haven’t received 3 items that were part of an order I placed on 02/05/2024. I have been told that the matter is being escalated multiple times however nothing satisfactory has come out of it . Their customer service is terrible . Makro needs to improve their communication with 3rd party suppliers as well as their customer service.
